RESERVATION/PRICE CALCULATION

To make a reservation, select the number of adults on our booking interface, then the number of children (from 0 to 17 years old), then the arrival and departure dates. You will then see our available apartments and the price of the booking. You can finalize your booking by clicking the continue button. In order for the amount and number of guests to be displayed correctly, please enter all guests when booking, including children, regardless of age. The accommodation can be used by the number of guests specified at the time of booking.

To finalize the reservation, at least 50% of the accommodation fee must be paid. You can pay the accommodation fee by bank card during the reservation or by transfer to our bank account within 12 hours after the reservation. You can also pay the advance payment, accommodation fee, with an OTP SZÉP card, to do this, log in to your OTP SZÉP card account (otpszepkartya.hu). Call us and we will help you! We will issue an invoice for the accommodation fee to the name and address you request.

The booking fee does not include the local tourist tax (IFA). The tourist tax is payable on site, in cash. The amount is 500 FT / person / night for those over 18 years of age, and no payment is required for those under 18 years of age. We can only accept cash on site. We will issue a receipt for the tourist tax.

In the absence of real and available contact information, the reservation is not valid.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• The guest can cancel the reservation free of charge up to 24 hours before arrival. The full amount paid at the time of booking will be refunded to the guest's bank account or card.
• The guest will be charged 50% of the accommodation fee if they cancel their reservation within 14 days of arrival. The remaining 50% will be refunded to the guest's bank account or card.
• If the guest does not cancel the reservation and does not show up, the full accommodation fee will be charged (100% no-show fee).

MODIFICATION OF BOOKING

• The guest can change the reservation free of charge up to 14 days before arrival, if the reservation calendar allows it.
